Recent Home Sales in Santa Clara
Sales ending November 29th as reported by the San Jose Mercury News were stronger in Santa Clara, with three of the sales happening in the popular Rivermark area. Not surprisingly, condos and smaller single family homes appear to be what is moving in this centrally located area, where a good commute is often the deciding factor for young professionals.
