Alameda, Albany and Emeryville: Inventory, Highs, Lows and Sales

Alameda, Albany and Emeryville are all showing fewer sales than a year ago. Here is the current inventory, highest and lowest-priced homes for sale and some of the most recent sales for these cities.

Alameda has 184 residential properties for sale with 124 of these SFRs; there were 97 sales from Dec. ‘07-Feb. ‘08; compare this to 163 sales 1 year ago and 175 sales 5 years ago.

Albany has 35 residences for sale with 13 of these SFRs. There were 28 sales from Dec. ‘07 to Feb.’08. Compare this to 39 sales 1 year ago and 27 sales 5 years ago.

Emeryville has 65 residences for sale, all either condos or townhomes save 1. There were 31 sales from Dec. ‘07 to Feb. ‘08. Compare this to 53 sales  1 year ago and 63 sales 5  years ago.
